DESTINATION YOGA RETREAT with Andrea Kwiatkowski
Andrea is an Advanced Jivamukti certified teacher, and a mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training, a 500hr Senior yoga alliance teacher and Level 2 yin yoga teacher with Insight yoga. She is also certified to teach Restorative yoga.
Andrea had taught successful retreats at La Rosa for past 7 years and is known for her passionate, dynamic and inspirational teaching that incorporates both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. She is a wonderfully warm, engaging teacher, who is also a delightful retreat host.
There will be two daily classes with one afternoon off to explore the region. The morning session will begin with meditation and pranayama practice, followed by asana, chanting, philosophy and relaxation. Jivamukti yoga is a method of hatha yoga that weaves together the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga to form a deeply holistic experience on the mat.
The afternoon sessions will explore technique from the Jivamukti method, including basics classes and Restore and Renew. This week is suitable for intermediate students with a regular yoga practice.
