YOAS YOGA RETREATS Yoga Retreat in enchanting Puglia, Italy
Emma Arscott will lead a magical retreat in Puglia at La Rosa dei 4 Venti, a stunning venue set in the countryside close to charming hilltop towns and the rocky coves and sandy beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian coastline. There will be a yoga class each morning and evening in the beautifully restored stone barn yoga space. A bright and spacious environment with natural wood flooring, a vaulted ceiling and fully equipped with mats and props.
Each day will begin with a morning class of meditation and a flowing asana practice to gently open the body and attune the mind to the breath. The afternoon class will be a more restorative class to delve deeper into the postures. The classes will be suitable for all levels and yoga experience. There will be one yoga free afternoon and no yoga on travel days.
Between classes there will be plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings. Relax by the pool, have a massage, take a walk in the private woodland of ancient oaks that is part of La Rosa and home to two beautiful donkeys.
Or you can head out for the day to explore the hilltop towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca or Cisternino or the coastal towns and sweeping coastline from the Adriatic to the Ionian seas.
